Sales Team Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Team Leader (Sales TL) to join Eye Mantra in Delhi. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets, promote eye care services, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales management, team leadership, and the ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives, ensuring they meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide coaching, and offer ongoing training to ensure that sales staff stay motivated and well-equipped to perform.
- Monitor individual and team performance and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
- Foster a positive and competitive sales environment while encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
- Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and market share growth.
- Set clear sales targets for the team and develop action plans to meet those targets.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous growth.
- Ensure that the team actively promotes Eye Mantra’s products and services, such as consultations, surgeries, and corrective lens solutions, to meet patient needs and sales goals.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer concerns, questions, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that patients are properly informed about all available treatments, services, and products, providing consultative advice to drive sales.
- Sales Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, including progress toward sales goals, performance analysis, and market trends.
- Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Implement measures to improve team performance based on sales data analysis.
- Collaboration with Other Departments:
- Work closely with the marketing, operations, and patient care teams to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment of sales efforts.
- Coordinate with other departments to address any operational or service issues affecting sales performance.
- Collaborate with the customer care team to ensure all patient concerns and follow-ups are handled promptly.
- Recruitment & Training:
- Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new sales team members.
- Provide continuous training to the team on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field. A Master’s degree or certifications in sales management is a plus.

- Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or team leader role, preferably in healthcare, medical services, or related industries.

- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, patients, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to assess sales data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies that align with business goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in healthcare sales, particularly in optical sales, eye care products, or medical services.
- Ability to speak multiple languages (especially Hindi or English) is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of eye care products and treatments.
