Office Days & Timings

  • Our office is 6 days working.
  • The office timings will have a 9 hour shift (9am – 6pm, 10am – 7pm and 11am – 8pm)
  • Lunch timings are for 30mins from 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm. Short breaks of 5-10 minutes
each are allowed in the evening and morning (not to be taken in groups).
  • Biometric Punch: Biometric punch is mandatory for all the employees. Salary credit will not be given if we don’t have biometric punch (only in exceptional cases can an employee post in the attendance update group if he/she misses the punch)
  • All leaves/absenteeism must be reported to your Manager and at [email protected]. There will be a deduction of Rs. 100 in case of noncompliance.

Compensation Policy

  • Salary will be transferred on 7th of every month.
  • Late deductions: Employees have to reach office 10-15 mins before shift timings. Every month, 3 late will be allowed, post which there will be deduction of one fourth of salary. For employees arriving the office one hour late to their shift timing, half day salary will get deducted.
  • Early leave: Leaving before shift timings will be counted as an early leave. It will be treated similar to late deduction i.e one fourth salary will be deducted. Early leave will be compensated only in case of medical emergency (with prior approval from HR and medical certificate). Each early leave will reduce the allowed late. For ex. If you take 1 early leave, then only 2 morning late will be allowed.
  • Overtime Compensation: Employees who work for longer hours in the office will get a benefit – their morning late and early leave will not be deducted for salary calculation (this exception will be granted on a case by case basis by HR based on the overtime behavior).
  • Extra-work day compensation: Employees will be compensated for working on Off Days / Leaves (only in situation required by the office). Employees will have to punch their attendance – and salary will be calculated like normal days
  • Proportionate allocation of leave: All the leaves in a month will be granted based on the proportion of days worked. For ex. Let’s assume that there are 6 leaves in a month (1 paid leave, 4 Sundays and 1 national holiday). If someone attends the office for only 4 days – we will grant him the leaves in proportion of 4 X 6/30. This rule will only apply if you take more than 5 leaves in a month, else you will get full credit of all the leaves.
  • Employees leaving without a notice period will not be granted compensation for that month.

Holidays / Leaves

  • Employees (excl. support staff) are allowed 1 paid leave every month. Paid leave has to be utilized the same month and can’t be transferred or adjusted.
  • Employees need to inform their Managers/HR prior taking leaves/ Half day (at least a week prior of the date of leave)
