Eye Mantra Hospital is a leading eye-care institution dedicated to providing world-class ophthalmology services. We are looking for a professional and courteous Receptionist to manage our front desk operations and support patient flow efficiently.
Role Overview
As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will be patient-friendly, organized, and capable of handling front office and administrative tasks with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet patients and visitors warmly.
- Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Answer and route phone calls; respond to patient inquiries.
- Maintain and update patient records in the hospital management system.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and clinical staff for smooth patient flow.
- Handle billing inquiries and coordinate with the accounts team.
- Manage front-desk cleanliness and ensure it remains presentable.
- Handle courier services and basic administrative tasks.
- Guide patients regarding procedures, waiting areas, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Experience as a receptionist/front desk executive in a hospital or clinic preferred.
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & English).
- Basic knowledge of hospital/clinic management systems (preferred).
- Pleasant personality and patient-centric approach.
- Good multitasking and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office is an advantage.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass with experience in healthcare.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (as per hospital schedule)
