  • Welcome and greet patients and visitors warmly.
  • Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Answer and route phone calls; respond to patient inquiries.
  • Maintain and update patient records in the hospital management system.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and clinical staff for smooth patient flow.
  • Handle billing inquiries and coordinate with the accounts team.
  • Manage front-desk cleanliness and ensure it remains presentable.
  • Handle courier services and basic administrative tasks.
  • Guide patients regarding procedures, waiting areas, and documentation.
  • Experience as a receptionist/front desk executive in a hospital or clinic preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (Hindi & English).
  • Basic knowledge of hospital/clinic management systems (preferred).
  • Pleasant personality and patient-centric approach.
  • Good multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office is an advantage.
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass with experience in healthcare.
  • Monday to Saturday
  • 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (as per hospital schedule)
