The role involves strategic planning, compliance oversight, and team leadership to enhance insurance-related operations and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage TPA operations to ensure timely and accurate claim processing.
- Drive empanelment with insurance companies, corporates, and government health schemes.
- Oversee contract renewals and compliance with empanelment terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and clients.
- Provide strategic reports and insights to senior management.
- Handle and resolve escalated patient or TPA-related issues.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 5–8 years of experience in TPA operations, health insurance, or hospital empanelment (including 2+ years in a managerial role).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and hospital management systems.
